It is a great place to start your journey in Talent Acquisition, however, if you don't see yourself doing Sales long term & would rather go the Recruiting route, this isn't the company for you. Recruiting is an entry-level position within Aerotek that everyone starts at, however, the goal internally is to promote you to an account manager as soon as possible for business development purposes."
