"As a developer, I must express my frustration with the current working conditions in Autobidmaster that are making it increasingly difficult for me to perform at my best. Firstly, it is disappointing that Autobidmaster does not give us enough days off and sick days. This has a detrimental effect on our health, work-life balance, and overall productivity. We are expected to work tirelessly without any opportunity for rest, which is unsustainable and unfair. Additionally, there are many tasks that are assigned to us by incompetent colleagues, which only adds to our workload and creates unnecessary stress. It is frustrating to work with individuals who do not have the necessary skills or knowledge to perform their tasks adequately, and yet their work still affects our performance. Moreover, it is disappointing to see that we are being forced to write code outside of our working hours for free, thanks to Autobidmaster's CTO M. Strachuk. This is not only illegal, but it is also unacceptable. We should be compensated for our time and effort, just like any other professional in any other industry. In summary, these working conditions are not conducive to our success and wellbeing as developers. We need better support from the authorities and our colleagues to enable us to work efficiently and effectively. It is time for a change, and I implore the relevant authorities to take the necessary steps to ensure that we are treated with respect, fairness and dignity."

"Very inept CTO, a lot of tickets, terrible working conditions As a remote software developer, I have to say that my experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. The biggest issue I have encountered is the sheer volume of tickets that I am expected to handle on a daily basis. It is absolutely overwhelming and completely unsustainable. To make matters worse, the ticket tracking system in place is a disaster. Tickets are constantly being assigned to the wrong developers due to the ineptitude of the CTO, and there is very little flexibility in terms of changing assignments once they have been made. This means that I am often forced to deal with issues that are not within my area of expertise, which is incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. The company's reliance on Jira for tracking tickets only exacerbates the problem. The system is clunky and difficult to navigate, which makes it even more difficult to keep track of the overwhelming number of tickets that I am expected to handle on a daily basis. Adding to my frustration is the high turnover rate of software engineers. It's no surprise that talented developers are leaving the company left and right, considering the ridiculous policies around paid time off. With only 10 paid vacation days and 4 paid sick days, it's no wonder that people are looking for greener pastures. In short, if you're looking for a company that values its employees and understands the importance of work-life balance, look elsewhere. This company is a disaster, and I cannot recommend it to anyone."
