"I am an emotionally intelligent professional who approaches project management as a servant leader. I adapt my role to best support the team and drive to a successful project outcome. I espouse the values of mutual respect, leadership by example and transparent communication."
"I've worked for Blue Cross since January 2019. A very friendly environment with lots of opportunities to advance one's career."
"Great place to work! good work place!"
"I have worked for Blue Cross for about 3 years and wished I would have found this place years ago. They are very family oriented and you are treated as if your opinion matters, at least in the Facility's Department. The upper management has an open door policy and have always had the time to talk. The pay is comparable with the market and the bonuses far exceed my expectations."
"It was very good experience to work with BCBS."
"I've been working to BlueCross and their subsidiaries for almost 15 years now and I have gained very good friendships, acquaintances and opportunities. I have learned a lions share of knowledge about the IT industry as a whole. Building data centers and remote sites from the ground up. Each task is an extra hurdle to jump, a problem to resolve, but the results are rewarding."
"Good company to work for."
"Good work-life balance. Good support from team lead, and work is really good and good learning. The employees are friendly."
"Good relaxed work environment. Time estimations are done by some other people than your own manager or team, which is not fair. And they are not serious about meeting the deadlines!!! I find it strange. They are overall OK company to work for."
"I have gained good amount of knowledge and experience from this company. It helped a lot in my personal growth as well."
"Good company and great people. But very little opportunity for growth."
"I love to work in BCBSM. I am in this company since past 3+ years now. I love my personal cube. I love my job and the work I do. I am very satisfied at where I am today. The work environment and people that I work with are very great and helpful. They are always motivating and great with me. It's very lively and positive environment."
"As QA person in my last project, the application was web-based application developed in Java platform. I used to write test cases based on requirement documents and use cases, attended walk-through meetings with the Business Analysts, Project Managers, Business Managers and QA Leads. I have performed SIT, UAT, Unit and Regression testing. I have written defects as they are found using Clear Quest and RQM (Rational Quality Manager). Once the defects were fixed retested and passed them. In the meantime, a continuous interaction with developers was necessary. Also work on PHI data and keep it safe. This is pretty much what I have been doing as QA person."
"Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is the best company which I have been employed since 3+ years. I love my cube, my job, my work, my company and my colleagues."
