"I loved working with this company when I was based in the Denver market. Once promoted to the Florida market, my perception changed. The review is given for the Florida market, that is managed much different than all other locations that I have experienced."

"I am free to make my own schedule, kinda. Not always the case."

"Work somewhere else that truly appreciates the work that you do and rewards you."

What don't you like about working at Cintas?

"Company does not appreciate its middle managers. We bend over backwards for ungrateful front-line partners but do not engage managers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More communication and engagement with partners. We are a lot of talk and do not deliver. Provide a clear vision of the future."

"Nothing... they use people and than dump them."

"Run."

What don't you like about working at Cintas?

"The list is too long to state. I worked there for three years. Ended up with long hours and fur surgeries. They speak about family and all that. However, they are a complete old school boy network. If you are white and are willing to embrace their principles abusing people you will get far. Check your conscience outside before you join the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They do not want suggestions. If you do give that, they will work the opposite."
