"I have worked at the Google Reliability Hardware team for two years. The work culture is friendly. I have a great relationship with my managers and I have a great time working with my team members. I have learned a lot from my peers and supervisor, they are friendly, caring and helpful in every way, nothing but a great experience."

"Google! Wow! I've never worked at any place like it, and I probably never will again unless I get another gig at Google. I got stuck with running a software development lab that is obsolete but has to remain around to support a legacy system, so I didn't get to work with the new and really cool Google infrastructure. Since I was a contractor, I had no chance of moving unless Google decides to convert me to full time, which they are thinking about."

"Great place to work with a lot of perks. Low compensation since everyone wants to work there. Google has the ability to pay low because they can. Free food! They have so many perks that they don't want you to ever leave. Lots of positions available though very hard to get in. Overall, I would recommend this company."

"Google is a great place for new college grads where code is fresh in your mind. The interview process is hard but fair so brush up on Binary trees and don't bubble sort! Do not try to bs your way through this interview as they smell fear there and will eat you up. Make sure that if you talk about something on your resume you can back it up because they will grill you. And most of all Practice, Practice, Practice before you decide to apply for a job. Also it is hard to get promoted there as well."

"Great benefits, great pay. No career development. Entitled and arrogant coworkers. This company has some incredibly smart people and the problems they can solve are immense. The internal infrastructure for solving problems and build applications is the best I've seen. Don't plan on anyone helping you with your career though."
