What don't you like about working at Lennar?

"Management from Vice President down seem to not care what problems where encountered in the field. All they cared about was what was on the status of the building and that it was on time. The timeliness of the construction process if key to building the houses and keeping them under cost and having the ready for closing but there where 5 times in which there where problems with permitting, underground utilities and even wrong plans from corporate itself and these problems cost me in my pocket book as well as having to deal with the upper management screaming down my back. Built over 160 houses and only had 2 finish late and both had utility problems and one was a wrong plan giving to me from corporate. With the economy going down hill the management of the company really started to get ugly and threatened anything you said with your job. Even down to where if you fix a warranty problem that might be 1 week out of warranty You might as well pack your stuff and go home to quote my area manager."
