"I've worked for Liberty Mutual for almost 7 years. There is a strong culture, great people, and a fantastic work-life balance. If you’re in service/sales associate the transition to other positions or growth within the company is difficult."
"When you interviewed they told you all about PTO and ability to move up in the company, right? Its all lies. You will only get your PTO when the company is not flooded with calls, and they are always flooded because they don't hire enough people to handle the volume. If you are under 35, kneeling, with your nose between two cheeks, you might get moved up, maybe. Management may just like to keep you in that position. No matter how hard you try, everything you do will be wrong to a greater or lesser degree. Exposing yourself to constant negativity, both from the phones and the supervisors, is just complying with abuse. Don't do it."
"I've worked for Liberty Mutual for over 15 years and have found it to be a great place to work. You have the ability to move around within the company to try new opportunities. The training opportunities are fantastic and they highly encourage you to continue learning throughout your career."
"I've worked for Liberty Mutual for 3.5 years and it has been a progressing and educating time frame. They are adaptive to individual and societal needs."
"As a five-year veteran, the company is going downhill and doesn't know what it wants other than more profits. They care nothing about their people as it's all about how much business can you bring in. They're also tripping over themselves to be the most liberal outfit so much that the democratic party might blush."
"I am very enthusiastic about learning and challenging myself every day. I have worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for the past 2 years on contract bases. I had such a great time and had the chance to work with such an amazing mentors and team leaders who were very generous with their knowledge. Unfortunately, my contact has now ended, and the project is in the maintenance phase, so there is not much for me to learn. I am exploring my options to find a position where I can continue my learning and develop skills which can help me succeed in my quest to land a term position where I can build a solid career."
"Liberty Mutual values employees and employees opinions. The company searches for ways to use technology and provide valuable solutions for employees. Liberty Mutual also seeks to provide quality care for the customers they serve."
"It was a great place to work."
"Surrounding of company was so good but my project going to complete."
"Liberty Mutual was a great first hands on experience to work at a law firm. However, the pace to grow felt limited or would take years to grow."
