Instead of being recognized for your work in your current position and your manager believes you're ready for the next level, you already have to be doing to responsibilities of the next level in order to get there."

"I worked for M&T for close to 4 years. The bank has it’s foothold in Northeast America. While the bank has terrific mortgage products it still has some growing to do with its systems in regards to practicality and efficiency. They are working on that now however. Overall M&T does offer a wide range of products for 1st time homebuyers and refinances."
