From what I understand, retirement is no longer offered to new employees, as I understand State Farm had to make a business decision to pull this benefit. I'm just thankful that I was part of being a recipient of both of these benefits. I started out making $32,000 in the year 1993, and ended my career with a salary of close to $80,000."
