"I work for Creganna Medical, a division of TE. They are a contract medical device manufacture. I like using my talents to make devices that help people. Creganna is a good company to work for, not too big and not too small. Unfortunately, the Campbell facility is shutting down."

"I am a former employee. I was unfortunately part of a workforce reduction because of the automotive crisis."

"Be able to walk your talk. In my opinion, Tyco Electronics is a highly technical oriented company."

What don't you like about working at TE Connectivity?

"Tyco Electronics was a great place to work when I was there. Work load was excessive at times because of the continued reduction of the most qualified and experienced hands on technical personnel."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire me back so I can continue my engineering career and contribute again to their success. Do not lay-off their most experienced workers. I know experience is costly; and by laying off ,is the quickest way to reduce cost short term. Please look at a longer term strategy to retain the knowledge base which I feel is the key to a successful recovery and future growth of the company."
