"Family owned and struggling. Nice people though."

What do you like about working at Absolute Exhibits?

"Very flexible and open work environment. I was allowed to manage myself, schedule my own hours, and work on any project I liked as long as they were done on time."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"These people hire the person and not what they can do. Your resume doesn't matter much if you look good and sound intelligent. They'll only interview a few people for a job. Push for an interview and your chances of being hired are really good."

What don't you like about working at Absolute Exhibits?

"Unfortunately, the CEO and Vice President of Director (Son and Mother, respectively) didn't understand much of what is involved in web development. They often had some ridiculous deadlines and they preferred to 'band-aid' their problems instead of fixing them the right way. They didn't pay very well either."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire themselves That sounds bad but this company is family owned and operated and it shouldn't be. They need to bring in an outside CEO/COO to run things for them. If things continue the way they were going during my tenure this company will fail due to lack of quality management."
