This is by far one of the best temp agencies I've had the pleasure of working for. I started working with Aerotek in 2012 and has had somewhat steady contracts. What do you like about working at Aerotek?

"I liked absolutely nothing. My life took a back seat. They want you to bleed Aerotek blue. What a joke."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Try and bomb the interview. I'll bet you still get an offer. Or ace the interview, accept the offer, and don't show up the first day."

What don't you like about working at Aerotek?

"I disliked everything: the people, hours, pay, gossip, and politics. They are quick to point out flaws and rarely acknowledge good."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Quit - you're not real management. You have high school gossip tendencies. Most of the guys in management are actually more feminine than the females."
