"GM is a great company to work for. Contractors are treated with respect. Supervision is very helpful and care about their employees. GM is being aggressive in the electrification of vehicles which translates to plenty of work."

"Most of the people I worked with were intelligent and were open for suggestions."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"When you sign a contract with Aerotek, make sure you have a cash buyout if they decide they don't need you after three or four months. Otherwise, they will just let you go. Also, if you are older, say over 45, they will keep you until they can find someone younger and at a lower rate."
What don't you like about working at Aerotek?
"Management needs to convey more specific details on what they expect from their employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't take the easy way out and have someone else call their employees on a Saturday night to tell them not to come in on Monday."
