This company expect you to not only do your job, but take on the jobs and tasks of other positions and dont compensate you for that. This job and industry requires long hours and some unclean areas."

"The middle management was expected to give many hours for work, forgetting about life and balance with nothing more than compensation to show for it and money isn't everything."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The company changed drastically after Craig died. Do not trust any employee surveys as employees in BH were threatened with their jobs if they didn't fill them out favorably - this was before the lay offs. The Executive Management team did not lead by example nor did they inspire - several were moody and vindictive. JD Powers is a lag measure and the Executive Mgmt would not listen to ideas for lead measures to improve the scores. All very reactive rather than proactive."
