"Always commuting. BMC often wanted employees to commute 100+ miles a day for a project."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try to find projects closer to the employee's home. Many co-workers needed to get hotel rooms for multi-day projects since the projects were so far away and that money came out of the co-workers pocket."
