"Management will lie to you about compensation. Most Account Managers earn less than 40k total per year"

What don't you like about working at CompUSA?

"High Stress and Low Pay. Management judges you solely on outbound Phone Calls and not how productive or profitable you may be by making less calls than the desired number of 75 minimum outbound calls per day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management does not listen to the rank and file employee so why bother. They find new ways to cut your pay by using Claimed vs. Non Claimed Accounts and Extranet Orders from YOUR customers sometimes pay you NO COMMISSION at all if they are not Claimed. They also charge the Account Managers 2% for their Accounts that use American Express. Management treats the Account Managers so bad that most do not last very long, they lose an average of more than 1 per week."
