"I write a lot of texts during my working day and it brings me great pleasure when at the end looking back I realize having done so much. When writing I improve my skills in different fields of knowledge."
"I can find better projects and better clients here."
"It's this simple; I find that public relations can be wonderfully exciting if given the freedom to be creative and do things differently. If I'm asked to follow conventions, do things in the basic manner and follow formulas then it becomes dull. As is the case with all things in life; it's best when done naturally and with passion."
"I love the challenges, but hate the delays."
"I'm a great writer so being a copywriter is incredible."
"I of course like the creative aspects of drawing in Photoshop. The writer in me likes composing content. After college, I went back to school for web design, because I also like the idea of images on the screen actually have a purpose for functionality."
"I love the chance to bring people and companies together with the services and solutions that can truly elevate them. When you're writing copy for a good company, you feel pride in the work you do. You feel like you're making a difference - and who doesn't want to do that"
"I'm getting paid to write and do what I love. That's enough for me. I just wish I didn't have to sit in front of a computer for as long as I do."
"Ideation is important for every company that wants to tell stories. I love branding and storytelling."
"Love the freedom of creativity and expression. Sometimes not so big on short deadlines."

What do you like about working at RealSupport?
"I like managing projects and working with clients. I also like being able to do social media marketing and copywriting for a living. I feel this place has given me really great work experience."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You need to like a structured environment and be used to being held accountable for your work. Slacking off isn't an option at this job. You have to account for every second of your day, so be prepared to focus and work hard."
What don't you like about working at RealSupport?
"I feel micromanaged and stifled by management. Their policies are a bit overbearing and intrusive towards their employees. I feel that once I've proven myself enough to get promoted, that I should be trusted more to do my job well. That doesn't happen at RealSupport."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more open to ideas and criticism from employees. Management has a my way or the highway outlook on running a business, and that has caused a high turnover rate and for many employees to leave. After awhile, if you're losing good quality people, you need to be able to reevaluate what you're doing, and I don't think that management does that at RealSupport."
