"Just say NO. Not a place for a career--Trust me I know...."

"They let people go who know the business and are great at what they do."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Look at yourself and ask why you don't support your employees--especially human resources...."
What do you like about working at JC Penney?
"I have learn new expertise by using design software like inDesign, also being in a very fashion forward place, and I have the opportunity to write a lot for fashion, which is new to me."

"just show a good knowledge of Spanish and must have a perfect grammar."
What don't you like about working at JC Penney?
"Sometimes the lack of opportunity to create new, original work."

"I think they are doing a very good job, my boss is always available and has a very calm mind."

"I like the company's laid back culture, as well as the freedom I have been given in getting assigned tasks done."

"Come in with a positive, laid-back attitude, and really care about extreme sports."

"I don't like that they expect me to work without proper compensation."

"I like the management style at the company, but would appreciate a salary, and more opportunity for advancement within the company."

"It's a really great environment with a large pool of creative minds collaborating on awesome ideas."

"It's really an awesome company, I have no complaints. Just be yourself and enjoy the process."
What don't you like about working at Fuhu?
"I am the only freelancer, or so it seems, there is not much need for a permanent copywriter which is a real pity as I am looking for a permanent position."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"no suggestions, as everything is running very well there. My only personal suggestion would be to maybe consider having a full time copywriter on the staff team."

What do you like about working at RealSupport?
"I like managing projects and working with clients. I also like being able to do social media marketing and copywriting for a living. I feel this place has given me really great work experience."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You need to like a structured environment and be used to being held accountable for your work. Slacking off isn't an option at this job. You have to account for every second of your day, so be prepared to focus and work hard."
What don't you like about working at RealSupport?
"I feel micromanaged and stifled by management. Their policies are a bit overbearing and intrusive towards their employees. I feel that once I've proven myself enough to get promoted, that I should be trusted more to do my job well. That doesn't happen at RealSupport."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more open to ideas and criticism from employees. Management has a my way or the highway outlook on running a business, and that has caused a high turnover rate and for many employees to leave. After awhile, if you're losing good quality people, you need to be able to reevaluate what you're doing, and I don't think that management does that at RealSupport."
