"Hello, I would like to be considered for this position because I feel it is aligned with my future objectives. You see, I started in cash handling supporting tellers and bank employees with bank operational task acting as an elevated personal for executing certain transactions. Over the years I moved into technical troubleshooting providing support, monitoring, and troubleshooting of issues across all lines of business. This is one of the reasons I am completing my master's in Information technology because I feel that the future of banking is moving in a direction that will require more action in the digital space drawing insight used in decisions. The experience I have gained in the financial sector have developed a well-rounded set of skills built on client service support and technical troubleshooting. My interest and background in data and finance will make me a quick learner in any risk-sensitive environment. I have experience in delivering personal client service support for financial products to a large variety of vendors in a fast pace environment while adhering to current compliance and regulatory processes. At my most recent employers, this was delivered in the form of application support to an Ultra-Low Latency trading algo applications and various trading products. I provided functional and technical assistants with trade execution & processing/booking which involved communicating with multiple departments on a global scale.
