"Stay away."
What don't you like about working at Dollar Tree?
"Everything, hours are terrible, no authority for the store manager to do anything but cut payroll, you don't get to see a p&l, or actually manager of the business, and I suggest you don't have a family, as with them family should be number 100 on your list behind dollar tree 99 times."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Allow your store managers to be managers, and not just caretakers of a building for a dm."

"I enjoyed the professional relationships I built while with Dollar Tree."

"The interview process is rather laid back and easy to talk your way into a job."
What don't you like about working at Dollar Tree?
"Some of the senior management were not model team builders or communicators. As well as they weren't open to suggestions from store managers, nor did they utilize their store managers' strengths and experience to achieve objects through open communication and mutual understandings."
