"It was close to home and you could try bidding on other jobs, so you had a chance to experience many different aspects of how a plant works."

"They made headlights for American cars, so there were many layoffs in between getting another contract signed."

"I feel they did the best they could. It was the economy and the fact that not as many people were buying American cars."

"Almost everything. Corporate management liked to micro-manage everything. Personal scores were settled. Books were cooked to get bonuses."
