"the salary was a little on the low side but the benefits were great."

"give your employees better salaries and their less likely to leave your company."

"Being a courier, the other members of the company (bank) seemed to look down on your for some reason."

"Couriers don't make enough... this job (esspeically in the Rio Grande Valley) is dangerous. Not to mention better vehicles are needed."

"I had the authority to make decisions that pertained to the bottom line. I made my own hiring decisions."

"Know how to devise and execute a business plan. Be a polished professional."

"They were agressive in aquiring new branches and it proved to have a negative impact on the Texas region."

"I thought managent did a good job of coaching and they were resourceful."
