"I was in the domain of my background and experience and was able to bring many of the processes and concepts that I had previously been successful with into this environment. I was also able to build my organization from scratch, and I was able to to this very quickly. Working with the software development experts and gaining their respect was rewarding."

"Flextronic unfortunately decided to close down this program due to business reasons, therefore we designed and developed one of the greatest products that never shipped."

What don't you like about working at Flextronics?

"There was quite a bit a travel involved, development organization needed to grow to keep pace with the number of defects that my organization could find."

"Expanding offices to international locations to be able to test in different carrier networks. Testing Automation tools and resources."

"Providing world class service for both internal and external customers."

"I never had an issue with Flextronics, I felt that they were a very good company to work with."

"When I was there I wanted more responsibilities, but there wasn't too much change needed in my position."
