"Bad management, a lot more travel then I was told, nobody in the company is on the same page. Your job and territory will be constantly changing. This job was only about 20% accurate of what I was told it would be at my interview."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give up. Go back to whatever you did before you became a manager."
