"I liked the amount of money they were willing to spend resolving issues in order to save money. It was spent wisely. Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen are huge deals at this company."
What don't you like about working at Goodrich?
"Anyone above you can squash you like a bug if they don't like you regardless of what type of job you are doing and how much money you make them. If you resolve an issue that certain Engineers couldn't they talk to your superiors and tell them you are playing science fair and have you demoted. I walked out."
