What suggestions do you have for management?

"Regional management should focus more with the assocaties since they are the ones who actually produce the sales and run a clean business. Corporate at this time is not interested in what is actually happening at the store levels. The corporate is running their business like they were 40 years ago. No computer systems in stores at all. everything thing is being done by pencil and paper. A real waste of time, so productivity is very poor. Much needed improvement to current times."
