"I’ve worked at IGT since October 2019 as a Project Manager 2. Since joining the organization, I’ve found it to be innovative and the leadership to be engaging and empowering. Opportunities will exist with any organization and training and setting expectations are two that exist at IGT but ultimately the company is collaborative and there are many long time employees who are willing to assist in the process of learning and growing."

"I've worked for IGT for a little under 2 years. The pros to working here include a normal 40 hour work week, with overtime being rare, average pay, and decent benefits (401K, medical, dental, vision, etc). The cons: Politics. HR policies that makes it difficult to transfer within the company. And a company policy of letting departments decide when to upgrade equipment. Therefore some departments elect to keep employees working with five year old computers that barely work."

"I get my hands on good equipment, nice servers, nice technology."

"There is room for growth and alot of lateral movement so if you get bored there is always opportunities to move on."

What don't you like about working at International Game Technology?

"Its hard to get help when needed. I am kind of by myself doing a job at a huge corporate company and anytime I need help with things I have to pull teeth to get answers."

"I don't have a lot of interaction with my superiors so I wouldn't even know where to begin."

"It is a job. Really that is all I can say."

"I know it is a job but it looks rosey from the outside. Talk to many employees privately before making the step. A constant revolving door in most areas but Casino Services."

What don't you like about working at International Game Technology?

"Micromanagement from the top down! Nobody is empowered to make a decision! No room for movement, especially advancement."

"See above and hopefully management will take notice and practice what they lend the illusion of committing to the employees!"
