"It is different in that I have not been in gaming prior. I like the additional knowledge of another industry."

"Be proactive and presenting the kinds of diversity you can bring to the organization. They are a change orientate group and appreciate those who embrace change and are change agents."

"When times were economically tough there were a lot of lay-offs. Investment in the employees and processes became lax."

"When times are tough rally the employees and work as a team to find creative ways out of tough situations."

"Senior management is not very good in planning."

"Depending on the group you interview with, the job can be very challenging and fun. Just be prepared to work quite a bit of overtime."

"Management silos, increasingly outsourced new development, too much nepotism."

"Get back to the basics of creating exciting games, work on employee morale, bring back the team-building events, and stop outsourcing jobs to China."
