The Nurse Consultant, Graduate Nursing, will primarily provide consulting to faculty of institutional customers (nursing schools, hospitals, and PA programs) with primary focus on customers utilizing the i-Human Patients product. The Consultant will do initial faculty trainings and follow-up with schools to make sure they are optimizing usage of the product. Consultations may include reading and analyzing reports of students, cohorts, or campuses. The Consultant will assist faculty in determining if the product is meeting the learners educational needs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in client implementations, calendar development, best practices for i-Human case use, training of faculty and students on the case player.
  • Provide assistance to faculty and students on use of analytic data.
  • Provide support on i-Human case play and respond to customer questions and concerns.
  • Provide sales support in understanding i-Human case play and respond to customer questions and concerns.
  • Develop marketing materials and support marketing as needed.
  • Assist in content development by being a liaison between clients and the authoring team
  • Assist in the expansion of educational resources.
  • Develop content as assigned for specific product development initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s prepared APRN (nurse practitioner)
  • Minimum 5 years in nursing education
  • Minimum 2 years clinical practice as an APRN
  • Unencumbered nursing license in state of practice.
  • Maintain expert working knowledge of i-Human’s products, features, and enhancements.
  • Considerable knowledge of current literature, trends, and developments in the design and development of nursing education/products.
  • Self-motivated, positive-attitude individual with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; including the ability to develop/implement policy and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Doctorate degree preferred
  • Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) preferred
