"Fred Wallace is an innoviative problem solver with great emphais on improving product design for best quality and lowest cost. His attention to detail and work with suppliers as well as his mentoring abities with younger engineers and production workers greatly evceeds all expectations."

You can spend years interviewing internally, because you’re competing against so many other employees for just 1 position.
