"I had serious concerns about some integrity issues within the staff of the company. The company is one of extremely high integrity"

"Put some controls in place so that you really know what is happening within your operations. For example there was little audit trail on some of the work I was doing"

"It was a sweat shop. I carried my blackberry 24/7. It was very stressful. I saw many loan officers leave because upper management did not hear their needs."
