What do you like about working at Kaplan University?

"The only thing I liked beyond the people on my team was that they finally allowed me to telecommute for the last 7 or so months I was there."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't suggest a change to any process there if the process was put in place by a senior member because no matter what they consider senior members to be gold."

What don't you like about working at Kaplan University?

"The work there really wasn't all that great. There's a certain amount of repetitiveness in web development anyway but it was 10 times worse there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow more people to telecommute for one thing. For another, listen to other peoples suggestions/complaints and possibly even act on them."
