"I worked for the company for roughly a year, in that time I found what I was under the impression I was hired for became less and less of my job while new responsibilities with very little training became the norm. Upper management does not comprehend how new venues of digital marketing work, nor will they take the time to understand or learn them making it ever difficult to explain new initiatives."

"I enjoyed working with people, helping them choose a home to build, helping them select options for their home, and then keeping them updated throughout the build process as well as up to 2 years after they've moved in."

"Have a thick skin. You will be working with angry customers from time to time and intense corporate individuals. The work is enjoyable but you will need a thick skin."

What don't you like about working at Lennar?

"It was often hard to get straight answers from corporate. One minute we are told the customer can't have special treatment or make any special requests, the next they are giving them exactly what we were told no. It was hard to keep our customers happy when they thought the sales staff wasn't making an effort."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Consistency...that would be my biggest suggestion. You're the boss and your say is your say but consistency would be easier."
