"I currently work for Lowe's and have been an Human Resource Manager since 10/13/03. The store management staff has a large turn over. I've worked for 9 different store managers. Lowe's is a good company but need to focus on leadership training, and conflict resolution. The majority of managers that I worked for were lacking in these areas."

"The reality is, don't believe the media hype. Lowe's is just another dirty, politically geared corporation that, when it comes down to the wire, doesn't care."
