"Good place for growth. Communication has gotten worse and the amount of work added on to everyone's plate is sometimes too much to bear. Certain coworkers say they want to work as a team but some actions show otherwise. Many life-changing decisions are made behind close doors without the staff input and when things go wrong all you hear is the blame game. Management states staffing is important but they wouldn't work staff to the ground if that was the case. large turnover"
