"a hard hat company that doesn't know how to treat white collar professionals"

What do you like about working at M.C. Dean?

"my foot in the door for Software Requirements Specification and Acceptance Test Planning production"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you're blue collar and want to get your foot in the door with Electrical Engineering, this is your golden opportunity. If you're a white collar professional looking for a culture of respect, apply elsewhere."

What don't you like about working at M.C. Dean?

"My own management was highly competent; other management looking to rehire me insulted my capabilities based on discomfort with my ending compensation. Much treachery, pettiness and low-self-esteem among upper management, resulting in demeaning of junior staff. This extends to the very top of the company, run by the stoner grandson of the founder, an arrogant individual who feels the need to constantly overwhelm subordinates with his knowledge."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"trust your white collar professionals; ethically we do not have the same issues your field guys exhibit."
