"Pros: The pay was good and the benefits were good for an automotive company. There were also good people who were manager level and below. Kind, generous and honest people. Cons: Lack of honesty, no trustworthiness, no integrity in many of the director-level positions, unfortunately. No autonomy to do what you think is right. No budget and no employees hired to assist in doing the work. Unreal expectations on the growth of a very challenging brand - especially with the lack of man/woman power and budget."

"Not enough challenge for carrier growth. Since the company started downsizing in 2003 and people were laid off work every year starting in 2003, the development shrinked."
