ORNL is at the forefront of innovation in Energy, materials science, Cyber Security, Nuclear development, Environmental studies, and other major sciences. Working with the staff there was one of the most rigorous and rewarding experiences of my life."

"We conduct great research in a unique environment. There is no where else that you can do the kind of work we do"

"Understand that this job is to give you experience and not much else. The pace of work is slow and bogged down in paperwork"

"The pay is low and I have to travel pretty far each day for work. There is no room for growth"

"No real suggestions because it is a government contracting organization and they don't really have many options."

"New and Interesting things to design. Got to see your design work and make correction."

"Too many meetings and make them shorter in time. Work area was to noisy."

"Cut down on the meetings and have a betterenvironment for your employee to work."

"The company needs a better business model. Everyone should not do the same thing."

"The campus was new and continuously growing. Everyone had the ambition to move forward and to challenge what was normally done."
