"I found that the long relationship between SWJ and Pizza Hut had its drawbacks. We had clients who were former SWJ employees who side-stepped processes and resisted change. I also found that some senior talent was lacking in courage and vision when it came to developing a vision for the future of client relationships and for the agency as a whole."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I believe a clear mission statement that's more than lip service would be helpful. A new business strategy is critical as well as a strategy for developing and growing existing client relationships."
