What do you like about working at Quality Inn Hotels?

"Being in-charge, training others, dealing with people that come from different places to visit the city, negotiating contracts for hotel accommodation with travel agents, franchisor, and Sacramento Convention and Visitors Bureau, planning for periodic inspections, preparing and analyzing various reports such as revenues, average daily rates, revenue per available room, travel agent commission, royalty expense amounts etc. What I like the most is the owners were very understanding, cooperative, and appreciative of my hard work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This is an excellent place to learn so much about businesses in America because you deal with a tremendous amount of different tasks and face many problems which force us to look for solutions. Having some experience in customer service and handling multI line phone system is beneficial."

What don't you like about working at Quality Inn Hotels?

"People being dishonest by asking for refund after spending a night at the hotel. Not having enough parking spaces during big conventions and events."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Invest in marketing, employ an additional staff"
