"I've worked for SAP for a number of years. It is a highly "who you know" environment. The company has some really good people, but processes tend to slow everything to a crawl. They would like to be a global company, but can't seem to figure out how to use resources that aren't directly facing each other."

"I worked for a company that was bought out by SAP. The integration process was slow, and problematic, but that is true of any acquisition. While they promised that no one would be laid off in the transition, I have seen many people leave since the transition. Working for such a large company means that your manager is probably off site, so there isn't much direct contact with them. The people can be enthusiastic, but the campus I worked on was low on morale. Benefits and pay are very good however."

"I work for SAP for just one year. I really enjoyed the company, except for one aspect: lack of transparency about the employees' future. I was caught in surprise when my boss told me I was being laid off."
