From my experience, the founder's demeanor and treatment of employees were truly disheartening. He would unkindly belittle and demean individuals, creating an oppressive work environment where fear overshadowed collaboration and growth. Furthermore, it became evident that the founder's persona was built upon a foundation of fakeness."
