"Cannot think of any. Their people practice is continuous change to make sure that faculty are satisfied."

"Cannot think of any. Their management practice is excellent. They continually update issues to benefit the college."

"Not sure. I had always enjoyed the work environment during my stay."

"No suggestions. Everyone (my colleagues) was hardworking, ambitious and determinant with their career."

"I have worked at NFLC for a year long and served as IT systems analyst and user support graduate assistant. I have been working towards managing hardware, software and network support for the (180+) staff of NFLC and also providing remote assistance to other users. I have had a very good experience working there and getting hands on experience solving many issues. I definitely have the problem solving attitude and I think this will help me in all my jobs here forward."

"I had to relocate because of ex husband in military. Didn't want to leave company."

"Know your team and work together. It will get the job done in a timely manner."

"I am working as a postdoctoral researcher in Integrated Photonics at University of Maryland. My work place is at Laboratory for Physical Sciences, College Park, MD. I do design, fabrication and characterization of waveguide integrated 2-D materials on silicon/silicon nitrite platform for linear and non-linear applications. Our research park has several teams working on different areas including Quantum Physics, Photonics, Microelectronics, Advanced Computing, etc."

"I have studied at department of materials science and engineering at Univeristy of Maryland-College Park since August, 2013. So far, I spent a very enjoyable time there. The department and the whole campus provide full range of state-of-the-art scientific facilities to support the research work. The professor working in the department are professional but friendly. You could discuss your problems encountered in your research with them, they would like to try their best to help you succeed."
