"I didn't really like being away from family for long periods of time, but I dealt with it because it was worth it in the end."

"In my opinion there is really nothing I can suggest, I agree with the way that they run things."

"I enjoy the travel and fast-paced environment that comes with administration support of flight operations. The job has become very IT oriented, rather than administrative, which has allowed me to stay abreast of current technology."

"Yes. Challenge yourself. Commit yourself to excellence. Stay in great physical shape so that you remain productive."

What don't you like about working at United States Navy?

"I do not care for the part-time status. Full time is not available without a two-year wait."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that there be more adherance to convetional working hours. Eight hour shifts rather than 10 hour shifts."

"Being able to repair aircraft, learning environment, seeing new places in the world, advancement based on ability and condition of your work and the ability to lead others."

"I would tell them to study hard because you will easily advance if you can just pass a test rather than being able to perform your job with great experience."

What don't you like about working at United States Navy?

"You have too many people that outrank you that have nothing better to do than to stick their nose where it doesn't belong. Micromanaged!!!!!"

"it was more about the mission than about the people. I would make it more for the workers while completing the mission, as best as I could."
