"Don't throw away your career for something as stupid as drugs or drinking. There is a surprising amount of Airmen who waste a good thing this way."

What don't you like about working at United States Air Force?

"There are a lot of rules, ceremonies, and restrictions that go with the honor of wearing the uniform."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Trust the younger members more. Give them more responsibility. You would be surprised at what they can accomplish if given the freedom to do it. Also, listen to them when they offer their opinion or advice on a situation, especially when it comes to technology."

"There is a great sense of fulfillment working for your country. I have been able to have a stable environment for me and my family. I have also almost completed my degree while I work in the Air Force."

"At times it is difficult to progress in my current position. Personal career growth can become stagnant."

"Always listen to those who work for you. The best ideas almost always come from those who are closer to the problem you are trying to tackle."
