"Worked with people from all over the United States. Worked with internationals. Gained an exceptional wealth of knowledge and experience. Experienced many challenges and found the tools within myself to excel."

"Any job has its low-points and the Marine Corps is no exception. However, it is up to me to find work-arounds to any problem. I have experience with the work-arounds and have little doubt that I can take on new challenges."

"None. I chuckle at this, but there is little to say about the management. The Marine Corps is dependent upon low-level leadership, and the entire system works."

What do you like about working at United States Marine Corps?
"I joined the Marine Corps right before 9/11/01. I learned a great deal in the Marine Corps. My favorite part about the USMC were the people and the places I traveled. I did my service in Operation Enduring Freedom and can't explain the pride I have for being a Marine. The USMC gave me the ability to believe I can do anything, and for that I am quite grateful."

"Do as much research beforehand as you can. There are many benefits offered, but not advertised, prior to enlisting."
What don't you like about working at United States Marine Corps?
"The disappointing part of the Military was the pay and the hours. I believe the military should be paid more, as a great amount of sacrifice is required."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I believe the management in the Corps should listen to their subordinates. Unfortunately there is a strong gap between enlisted personnel and Officers."
