"Have been working there since 1999. Upper management shifts have been unfair to employees over the last few years. On the job training excellent especially if you want to get certified and go to a hospital where the pay is better. Immediate store management is very excellent when dealing with issues. Middle to upper management rarely seen in stores making it hard to have specific needs or questions met."
"Great place to work at. People are polite, supervisors are respectful.Clean safe area to work in, just the cap is at $16.85, no mere raises after you meet that pay wage. I think a good cap for a pay wage should be around $23.00. but over all is a good job. Great benefits too, just wish they did more outside activities with team members."

"Mostly everything, it begins with the managers not caring at all about their employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay attention to what the employees tell you, when I couldn't work one day and I informed the manager of this, it went ignored until the day before where I reminded them. I still got called and asked if I was coming into work that day. Also, mature a little bit. I am much younger than the store manager and my maturity level is clearly much higher."
"I loved working at Walgreens. They were very supportive in work-life balance."
