"I worked for Weatherford for a very long time. It was a good company for many years and provided employees great opportunities. Has been extremely tough with financial condition of the company over the last several years and the many rounds of reduction in force."
"Don’t apply unless your willing not to move up in chain of command"
"I've worked for Weatherford since 2007. It's a great place to work in the oil and gas services industry."
"I enjoyed my time with them"
"I've worked at Weatherford since 2010 and have been there as intern, and an engineer in RnD. Latest job was and is as a technical Sales engineer working with clients on various projects and delivering our equipment to them. My coworkers are super nice but sometimes our jobs don't depend on us and we have to deal with issues in manufacturing or delivery."
"Good company with great technology. A great place to start and develop a career. This is a company that embraces diversity and train employees in a good work environment."
"I worked at Weatherford from 2006 to 2017. It was a decent company, with decent people, but lacked its own identity and culture. Things may have changed since I was employed as the company has had a change in CEOs as well as undergone a bankruptcy."
"Weatherford has become a company based around "cronyism". If you are not someone's friend ... there is no advancement. Promotions are not based on merit. Its very sad and is now a company doomed to fail because of this."
"Awesome company to start working with."
"Average work culture. You get to work on latest technologies."
"Ready to move to different challenges,"
"Haven't been here long enough to make a true review."
"Great technology in several product lines, good people in the trenches, uneven management skills and ability. Company carries a crushing debt load due to top management overemphasis on growth and not managing the business. Internal technology and operational processes are a mix of cutting edge and antique. While you can contribute across division lines, employee development and coaching is a spotty haphazard activity dependent more on a manager's belief than any company approach. Too many initiatives of the moment."
"This place is wack. Underpaid. What a joke."
"Terrible part of the organization to be in. Management is inept."
