"Although my time at WeWork was short, I really enjoyed it. I thought the company culture was great. The benefits and salary were also very competitive. Unfortunately in these times of uncertainty the business is struggling. Who knows what the future will bring but the workspace as we know it may have changed permanently."
"I worked with wework since June of 2018. It was a very exciting company when I first joined. When wework failed to take the company public and pushed out the founders the company became very corporate. It wasn't long before wework starting laying off thousands of employees for about a 6 month stretch. The future of the company was very uncertain."
"The company was a great place to work but the forced return to the office during a dangerous pandemic is insane."
"WeWork was a dynamic and different experience in comparison to anywhere else I have worked"
"WeWork has experienced a lot of change in the past year, but it is clearly on the path to stability. The heart of the company has remained unchanged, and its commitment to its mission is as strong as ever."
"WeWork is a wonderful place to continue building your knowledge about roles, companies, and people as a whole. They provide a platform for you to be part of a community that works together to make the world a better place for all of us. The tenacity, entrepreneurial spirit, and gratitude help put a smile on your face every day when you come into work. At WeWork, there is always an opportunity to learn about how someone is doing their part to make the planet a better place through their company and mission, and it feels good knowing that you are there as a WeWork employee to assist them and be a part of their journey."
"I have worked at WeWork for 1 year and 6 months. There have been many changes within the company since I have started. The company as a whole has gone through a major restructuring, and as a result, has let go of many of their employees. The past year and a half have been an enjoyable experience, and I have learned a great amount in sales, customer success, and the importance of networking."
"I have worked at WeWork for three years. During this time, I have had the privilege of working with incredibly talented people who are leaders in their respective fields. The community aspect of this company is unlike anything I have experience, that coupled with flexibly and authorship over one's work make WeWork a great place to work, if the company can make it through these tumultuous times."
"Very Friendly and helpful team."
"I've been with WW for a year now and it's a never ending emotional rollercoaster of uncertainty. I love what I do and believe I perform well but it feels like none of that matters."
"Good culture with a healthy mix of start up atmosphere and corporate setting. It is a creative working environment with a young workforce."
"I've worked for WeWork for over a year. The company has gone though many changes, trials, and tribulations. WeWork a year ago and WeWork today are two different companies."
"I was employed for WeWork Construction, a new division for The We Company, for one year. I was part of a team responsible for the startup of the self-perform Construction division. The people I shared this journey with were intense, immensely talented, driven, and dedicated. We took on the monumental workload, (re)built the aircraft in-flight, and exceeded our goals delivering on time and on a budget all of our projects. It was truly an honor working with these were dynamic and talented individuals and although my peers and my direct supervisor were amazing, the company faced many significant and insurmountable challenges, and leadership at corporate headquarters was deficient and irresponsible. Although the core business was very strong, the company diversified too quickly and the business direction changed due to significant financial problems. A re-organization followed eliminating our entire division and the company divested multiple assets. As a result, I was laid off along with thousands of my coworkers."
"Great company, lacks diversity"
"A fast-paced, hectic environment that gives you room to improve in your career and make connections."
