"I enjoyed assisting members in achieving their fitness goals. I primarily worked with seniors and those who had physical challenges, such as injuries, strokes, and cardiac issues."

"You should enjoy working with people of all ages; teenage clients, elderly. Must possess enthusiasm for your job and a true love of helping people is essential."
What don't you like about working at YMCA?
"There was nothing I disliked about working for the YMCA. It was a great experience. I enjoyed working with the staff as well as the members. This was a PT job, fit my schedule at the time, and I felt I made a great contribution to their program."

"I have no suggestions for the management staff. They were supportive and provided excellent training."

"Listening to what can be improved on all levels. More communication between all staff. Increased wages for increase in work load would be nice. Improved computer system to better communicate and manage member accounts."
