"I've worked for Allied Universal for 4 months and during my time with them and the Navy I've learned the importance or watch standing. You always want to keep an eye out to make sure that everything is going as planned and no one is hurt or needs help. In the Navy If you're not standing you wat h or doing your job anything can happen."
"I have worked at Allied Universal for about 2 1/2 years. I love the company but unfortunately scheduling is a nightmare. The managers could use some extra on communicating with their guards. Overall though the pay was descent and the site and people you meet are always interesting. I just wish management would get their act togehter"
"Not Available at this time"
"Good place to work. Company goals allign but they are very focused on growth and expansion."
"I have generally had a positive experience working at Allied Universal thus far."
"I've worked for Allied Universal Security since July 2010 and I've been very fortunate to have such an amazing and supportive team in all departments and levels. Everyone brings in a unique skill that helps out the entire team. Without the team I've been working with, I wouldn't be where I am at today in the industry and have gained a lot of experience and knowledge. If you are a team player and a dedicated employee, then you would love to work within Allied Universal Security."
"N/A no comment, no comment, no comment,"
"Vacation and PTO are only at certain sites. It’s good for entry level, hard to move up the ladder."
"I’ve worked with Allied Universal for 2 years total, and 1.5 years as an actual employee, not just a contractor. Overall, I’ve had a pleasant time working here. My superiors are very accepting of my lifestyle, and very forgiving when it comes to needing last minute time off. Ultimately, I would love to grow with the company, but they do not offer retirement packages or competitive pay for the area I currently live in."
"I’ve worked for this company for a while now, but it’s a bit corrupt. All you hear is drama, people talking about people, or spreading rumors. It’s supposed to be a professional environment, yet everyone acts so childishly. Another thing is if they let you go, they won’t give you the chance to find another job, they’ll just call you in one day and fire you, no notice, nothing. So you’re basically screwed if you don’t already have another job set up. I’ve seen it happen to a number of old co-workers."
"I have worked for Allied Universal Security for 2.5 years. I serve as the senior manager for Guard Force operations across all of North America for Cummins, Inc. Cummins is a fantastic organization with ambitious teams and a collaborative environment."
"I have worked for Allied Universal for about 7 years now. During this time I have worked my way up from Security Professional to Account Manager."
"Worked 2 years with no promotion, no pay raise--nothing."
"This company isn't bad but it can be more organized."
"I have worked with Allied Univeral for almost a year now and I like the company but they can work on being a little more organized"
